As you will no doubt be aware by your interest in this listing, Hilton pieces are the epitome of contemporary European furniture design, are of superb quality, and exhibit detailing and execution of the finest standard.

In a world of temporary pleasures, Hilton creates beautiful furniture that remains a joy forever.
This piece is in good, well-maintained condition, reflecting the frequent employment it has seen in the past, and is largely free from fault, flaw or damage. Its current order reflects the TLC and considerate use afforded it in the past but, as you should realistically expect from a piece of this colour and nature, there are a number of superficial blemishes to be found across this divine fabric.

In this case, there are a number of light water-marks, blemishes and darkened areas to the fabric (across the arms predominately, as you might expect) acquired through use but, as the images provided will attest, these imperfections prove to be of modest significance and, rather than being mentioned because they detract from the beauty of the piece overly, is mentioned purely for the purposes of accuracy.

Please view the images provided closely to confirm its condition and appearance. Whilst the condition of this piece would clearly fall short of the requirements of the perfectionist, for someone with a more relaxed disposition looking for an effortlessly-elegant seat, it will please and delight in equal measure.
If being presented in pristine condition (or near to) is desirable, a professional clean costing £50 (we can organise this for the buyer) would undoubtedly improve the appearance of this fine cloth or, if perfection is demanded, this could prove the ideal muse for a recovering project.

Most Balzac pieces are to be found dressed in their beautiful, but standard, Utah Russet leather, so to find a fine example in such a sublime Cotton Velvet in this striking pale hue (this is the only one of its kind we have ever seen) only serves to increase the desirability of this handsome icon.

The dimensions of the armchair are H-80cm, W-102cm and D-85cm, and the breathtaking seating position this iconic modern-design creates is enhanced by the use of sumptuously comfortable, generously upholstered composite-filled back and feather-filled seat cushioning, which leaves you powerless to resist its charms.
