Careful, considerate shipping isn’t expensive, its priceless……………

UK Buyers are welcome to collect their purchase personally from our storage facility in Lancashire’s beautiful Ribble Valley (BB7) or to send their courier/representative to do so on their behalf.

However, upon request, we are happy to organise shipping any piece to any UK or International address on behalf of the buyer, with all associated shipping costs to be borne by the buyer.

We do all we can to secure the best deal possible deal for our buyers, but please be aware that shipping costs are set by our couriers, not us.

Standard delivery costs are £120 for a Sofa, and £90 for an Armchair for delivery to the vast majority of UK mainland addresses. For obvious reasons, deliveries to the extremities of this sceptred isles (Cornwall and the Scottish Highlands, for example) attract a 30% surcharge. If in doubt, please contact us for clarification.

We ship all pieces using trusted, fully-insured, independent couriers, who have long-standing reputations for great customer service, and with whom we personally have successfully shipped hundreds of high-value pieces. They may not be the cheapest but, in our experience, they might possibly be the best. We recommend them to you without hesitation.

All shipping costs secure a one-man delivery service. That being the case, the buyer must agree to provide any assistance the courier might need to unload/install any piece at the delivery address. To secure the services of a 2-man team, which can also be organised if essential, please double the standard shipping charge relevant to your purchase.

We ship Worldwide! Please be aware that International buyers are responsible for any customs and duties etc. imposed by the buyer’s local customs authorities at the point of arrival of their delivery in that country, in addition to any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

We want you to be able to buy in confidence from Lord Browns Furniture, which is why our returns policy is deliberately simple and generous.

In the unlikely event that you should not be absolutely delighted with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch at your earliest convenience within 7 days of delivery, and we will organise for the piece to be returned for a full refund of the purchase price and delivery costs.

In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the piece back to the Ribble Valley and, understandably, any refund will only be issued once the piece is received back at our Storage Facility. Obviously, we insist that all pieces are returned in the same condition in which they were originally sold.
