It’s Tufty Time!
I’m of course talking about the iconic B&B Italia ‘Tufty Time’ Sofa. Our super stylish mid green version was showcased in Vinterior x Stacey Dooley’s picks and was sent to its fabulous new home. But, fear not, as we managed to get our hands on its equally chic sisters, in a beautiful deep brown leather and also a classic black leather.
This immaculately-presented example of an icon of contemporary seating-design, the superb “Tufty Time 15” sectional L-shape sofa (consisting of a T109BD_4 section and a T109TPD_3) is from the world renown Italian furniture house of B&B Italia.
Groundbreaking design never goes out of fashion, and that is never more true than in the case of this pre-eminent Urquiola creation. Much imitated across the ensuing years, there has been nothing to truly equal the original and, when dressed in this most versatile and practical dark-brown “Gamma” leather (which is B&B Italia’s most-costly covering option, and with good-reason when considering its beauty, serviceability and longevity) have become as rare as Hen’s teeth on the second-market.
Spectacularly sought-after as, whilst being as robust and hard-wearing as rhino skin, the softness and texture of this “Gamma” hide is simply divine to the touch, and remains the perfect blend of luxury and practicality.
This piece splits into 2 easy-to-install sections so is able to be manoeuvred, positioned and used in any room capable of accommodating its handsome-ness!
Then we of course have the chic black leather option, of which we do have a pair!

Dimensions-wise, the measurements of each beautiful sofa are H-64cm, W-204cm and D-109cm, and the breathtaking seating position this iconic modern-design creates is enhanced by the use of sumptuously comfortable, generously upholstered composite-filled back and seat cushioning, which leaves you powerless to resist its charms. Not only does it possess an aesthetic to die for, but it is so comfortable too!
